Sephra™ Warranty : All of our Fountains are covered by a 2 year manufacturers warranty. If for any reason your fountain is not working properly, we will send you a replacement Fountain within 48 hours and cover ALL repair or replacement costs (excluding shipping), including parts and labor; unless the fountain was damaged due to negligence or used in such a way as to void the warranty. (Fountains will be repaired at our discretion).
